About these figures

This prepared example compares reviewing every mention with an EyeTrustAI policy on the same 1,000 fully labeled mentions. 300 leave immediate review; 30 audit reviews bring the ongoing workload to 730.

Priority mentions missed

1 missed priority mention100 priority mentions in total

1% observed · 1% chosen limit

Of the mentions that needed immediate attention, how many left immediate review?

Priority in the routine queue

The same 1 missed priority mention300 mentions leaving immediate review

0.33% observed · 5% chosen limit

Of the mentions placed in the routine queue, how many actually needed immediate attention?

Same error. Different denominator. Synthetic replay; audit does not erase the original missed-review event.

Technical names

“Priority mentions missed” is the priority-miss rate (also called priority escape, or one minus recall to immediate review). “Priority in the routine queue” is selected risk. Neither is the error fraction among all incoming mentions.

These are synthetic observations. The full walkthrough separates chosen limits, observed rates and the statistical support a real policy requires. Its policy status is simulated.

Time assumptions, setup and reassessment costs

Ongoing work · per 1,000 mentions

700 immediate reviews + 30 audit reviews = 730 reviews. That is 270 fewer than reviewing all 1,000.

At 1 minute per ordinary review and 1 minute per audit: 300 minutes avoided − 30 audit minutes = 270 minutes (4.5 hours). At 2 minutes per audit, the saving becomes 4 hours.

These assumptions count review effort only, not measured end-to-end productivity. Incident response, other overhead and the consequences of a missed mention are not priced.

Additional work · budget separately

Setup: integration, priority definitions, evidence preparation, labeling and adjudication.

Reassessment: new labels, analysis and validation after a material change; review workload can rise while automation is paused.

Whole-period benefit = operating review effort avoided − setup effort − reassessment effort − other operating overhead. Estimate it using your volumes, measured review times and expected reassessment frequency.

The prepared cohort is not a universal label requirement or a deployment-time estimate.

About this demonstration

This demonstration runs locally in your browser. It uses fictional examples and prepared policy outcomes; it does not compute a calibration result or connect to a live listening system.

Using the walkthrough

The introduction previews the benefit on one illustrative workload. Choose Start the full guided walkthrough, or use the direct link at the top to skip the introduction. Both enter the complete journey from the beginning, with guidance and explanations on. Show me points to the next control. Fill example and field-level Use example enter editable simulated answers. Saving labels, granting consent, publishing and activating remain explicit actions.

With guidance on, Previous action revisits an instruction on the current screen; Return to current action resumes. Previous stage / Next stage move between screens while keeping drafts and saved work. Going back does not undo completed actions or reopen closed evidence rounds.

Guidance and explanations switch independently without resetting your work. The EyeTrustAI logo returns to the introduction after confirmation. Refresh, restart, opening a new walkthrough or opening a checkpoint starts a new session. Configuration drafts and labels are not saved between sessions.

What this demonstration represents

EyeTrustAI configuration, the Relay workflow editor and the Signaldesk listening workspace form one fictional customer journey. Northstar Intelligence, Aster mentions, connections, scores and policy outcomes are simulated. This is not a live Talkwalker connection, actual certification or a partnership claim.

The mistake is automatically removing a priority post from immediate analyst review. This module's illustrated contract applies both limits: no more than 5% priority posts in the automatically deprioritized pool and no more than 1% of priority posts escaping immediate review. Neither means that every individual decision is correct.

The small practice-labeling set is separate from the explicitly loaded synthetic completed cohort. This file does not train a scorer or compute a scientific certificate from your practice labels.

Privacy and local files

No network requests, live queues, emails or support messages are sent. Keep all entries fictional. The optional JSON sample import reads only a file you explicitly choose, into this session. Download example saves the bundled synthetic JSON sample to your computer. No files are read automatically.

This file includes only the current social-listening walkthrough. Older versions and the separate clinical walkthrough are not bundled.
